SHE is a series of events designed to bring together talented women, and help them make a difference in the world.
This time we invite you to get a better understanding of differences among people at an exclusive workshop on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI® on March 23, 2017, in McKinsey Prague office. The workshop will then be followed by dinner.
Join our half-a-day workshop about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality type system rooted in C. C. Jung's psychological types. We will work together to understand the different ways people interact, perceive and judge, what makes people tick, and we will learn to use the knowledge to become more effective leaders, colleagues, coaches ... just to name a few professional uses. Usually great fun!
How to apply
We invite applications from women who are current students working towards a Bachelors, Masters, MBA or PhD, from any discipline and background, and also experienced female professionals with less than 6 years of work experience. Knowledge of Czech or Slovak language is required.
Because we can accommodate only a certain number of participants, we would like to ask you to submit following documents in English:
- Your CV including details of your education, any work experience as well as extracurricular activities and achievements
- Cover letter including the reasons why you are interested in this particular event
Please fill in the online application by March 15, 2017 and attach your CV and cover letter.
Selected participants will be informed by Friday, March 17, 2017.
